Asked on every site visit
Do my crews need an email address or a password?
No. They sign in with their phone number and a one-time code sent by WhatsApp, or by text message if WhatsApp is not available.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Messages, photos and reports are saved on the phone and sent in order when signal returns.
Can my client see our internal conversations?
No. Guests only see the conversations you invite them to.
Can we keep our own report forms?
Yes. Use a ready-made template or build your own, with your fields, your letterhead and your file names.
How does someone check a report is real?
Every report has a QR code. Scanning it shows whether that copy matches the signed original. An edited or forged copy fails the check.
Which languages does it support?
The app is in English. Messages and voice notes can be translated into the reader's own language with one tap.
