Site records are evidence for payments, claims and disputes. Here is how daftar keeps them safe and trustworthy.

Sign-in without passwords
People sign in with their phone number and a one-time code. There are no passwords to reuse or leak.
Access by invitation
Only people invited to a workspace can see it. Guests see only the conversations they are invited to.
Every view is recorded
Opening a signed report or evidence is logged, so you can see who looked at what.
Reports that cannot be faked
Each signed report has a QR code that checks the copy against the signed original.
Encrypted connections
Information travels between your phone and our servers over encrypted connections.
Your data stays yours
Your company owns its content and can export it.

Access control

Workspace admins invite and remove people. Removing someone ends their access straight away.
Roles decide who can create sites, edit templates or sign reports.
Guests are limited to the conversations they are invited to.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud data centres.
Backups are taken daily and tested regularly.
Signed reports are locked. Any later change creates a new version and the QR check shows which copy is the original.

Our staff access customer data only when needed to support you or keep the Service running, and that access is logged.
We review our service providers before we use them.
We monitor the Service for unusual activity.
