This policy explains, in plain English, what information daftar collects, why, and what control you have over it.
Who is responsible
Your company decides what information goes into its daftar workspace. For that information, your company is the controller and we process it on your company's behalf, as set out in our data processing agreement. For account, billing and website information, Sitedaftar is the controller.
What we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, company, role and profile photo.
- Workspace content: messages, voice notes, photos, files, reports, signatures and tasks that you and your colleagues add.
- Location and time: where and when a photo or report was created, so it can be stamped and placed on the map. You can turn location off on your phone, but stamps will then be incomplete.
- Usage and device data: app version, device type, crash reports and the actions needed to run and secure the Service, including logs of who viewed a record.
- Website and sales contacts: what you send us through forms or email.
How we use it
- to provide the Service: sign-in, delivering messages, stamping photos, producing reports and translations;
- to keep the Service secure and prevent misuse;
- to give support and send service messages, such as sign-in codes;
- to bill your company;
- to improve the Service, using information that does not identify people where we can.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run daftar, such as hosting, messaging for sign-in codes, translation and speech-to-text, and payment providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. A current list of these providers is available on request from hello@sitedaftar.com.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Workspace data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud data centres. When information is transferred between countries, we use safeguards required by the applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep workspace content for as long as your company keeps its workspace. After your subscription ends, content is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Your company's admins can delete content or remove users at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to some uses. If your information is in a company workspace, please contact your company first; we will help them respond. You can also write to hello@sitedaftar.com.
Security
We protect information with technical and organisational measures described on our security page.
Children
daftar is a work tool and is not meant for children.
