Please read these terms carefully. By creating a workspace or using daftar, your company agrees to them.
Who we are
daftar is provided by Sitedaftar ("daftar", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your company's use of the daftar apps, web dashboard and related services (the "Service").
Your account
Your company creates a workspace and invites people to it. The person who creates the workspace confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for the company.
- Each person signs in with their own phone number. Do not share sign-in codes.
- Workspace admins decide who joins, which sites they see and which guests are invited.
- You are responsible for what your users and guests do in your workspace.
Using the Service fairly
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send content you do not have the right to share;
- try to access another company's workspace, or get around security or usage limits;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- upload malicious software or overload the Service.
Your content
Your company owns the messages, photos, files and reports in its workspace ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only to provide and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy policy.
You can export Your Content while your subscription is active.
Translation and AI features
Some features, such as translation, voice-filled reports and summaries, use automated processing. Their results can contain mistakes. Answers filled automatically are marked so a person can check them before a report is signed. You remain responsible for what you sign and send.
Plans and payment
Prices are agreed in your quote or order form and are charged per active jobsite. Guests are free. Unless your order form says otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable and exclude taxes. If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may suspend the Service after giving you notice.
Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times, but there may be planned maintenance or outages beyond our control. Support is available by email at hello@sitedaftar.com.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at the end of your subscription period. Either side can end the agreement if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 30 days of notice. After the agreement ends, you have 30 days to export Your Content, after which we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell workspace admins at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
